Who We Are

The Detroit Area Marines Foundation is a registered 501(c)(3) organization that exists to provide support for Active Duty & Retired Marines in Southeast Michigan.

Our Mission

The mission of the Detroit Area Marines Foundation is to honor the veterans who have served as Marines, support currently serving Marines, and educate future generations of Marines through community involvement and support of military ceremonies and traditions.

DAMF President Rob Worobi & VP Mark Jenkins presented Kate Hude from the Michigan Armed Forces Hospitality Center with a $500 grant to support their mission of providing a welcoming respite to traveling military members and their families. Learn more about them at
